All States Abbreviated.

Someone asked the other day for a placefile for state abbreviations. I looked everywhere and couldn't find one. So I just made this one. Suggestions on colors or fonts are welcomed. Let me know if you find any mistakes. Thank You. Update. Added a zip file since I know some people struggle with the txt file, copying and pasteing ect.....
