When registering and requesting activation, keep in mind I try to review activations daily. During peak severe weather season, and most especially when I'm under the gun with severe weather (I storm chase and report weather in my area), your activation may be delayed. PLEASE BE PATIENT!
If you are not using GRLevelX software, but using another application like Supercell WX, please do not register, as this is for GRLevelX users only.
As has been the deal with any activation request, you MUST follow the instructions to the letter, with the screenshot in the example.
We do employ anti-spam filters on this site. But they are not perfect.
The #1 domain we see for user registrations use a free email address (Gmail, Protonmail are our top two). Gmail and Protonmail are also among the top spam domains.
That said, we still scrutinize every registration with a Gmail, Outlook, Proton, or Yahoo address. We also do not allow "burner" (temporary) email registrations. Posting multiple times from multiple emails in an attempt to get approved will also not get approved. If you have a .gov domain or .edu domain that can be traced back (think NOAA), I will approve you. Likewise, if you have your own domain attached to a website with related content, your chances of being approved increase.
