Hi, I'm Spencer, and I'm requesting activation. I use RadarScope and GRLevel3 to keep an eye on the weather around my home and business so that I can stay prepared.
This is my second activation request; my apologies to the admin. I was far too tired to be weather-watching _and_ searching for new tools in the middle of all the severe weather last night.
