Hello everyone, I'm Ken (kc_oin) and I'm requestion activation. I currently use GRLevel3 Ver. 3 for monitoring severe weather in my state of Arkansas. I'm part of an emergency management curriculum and would like to learn more about this application. I would eventually like to contribute to the community.
