I figured out how to do it Using my ipad Air tablet, You can also use a Digital Camera that can do pics and vids where you have a memory chip inside and you use that in order to put pics or videos on your computer.

First you go to File Explorer then go to 'Pictures' then go to Camera Roll double click and drag your work onto your desktop and after that you're all set all you need to do is click Choose File here and select your file and that is it.
