I remember some years ago having a program that does a manual storm track on GR Level 3. I can't find that now, but would like to get it again. Does anyone know where it is now? I have tried to search it and it is elusive. Thank you if anyone has any idea where to point me to.

To use the program simply open the program and choose the GRlevel program you have then all you do is press Q once for the Initial storm and press Q again to get a Forecast Track then what You can do is press X to see a list of cities that maybe affected by a storm along with time of arrival.
The current version is 4.2 & I use it to track tornadic storms & does a good job all you need to remember is which direction the tornado is headed.
